Full Payment Requirement
All Qurban orders must be accompanied by full payment before the published closing date. Only orders with completed payments will be confirmed. This allows BAPA to make timely and secure arrangements with our overseas partners.Strict No-Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We seek your understanding, as resources are allocated immediately to partners and vendors upon commitment.Mistakes & Rectifications
In the rare event of any verifiable error caused by BAPA or its partners, a thorough internal investigation will be conducted. If the error is confirmed, BAPA will bear full responsibility and perform a replacement Qurban at no cost to the client in the following year.Photo Evidence Disclaimer & Commitment to Amanah
BAPA is fully committed to upholding the amanah (trust) placed in us to carry out your Qurban with integrity and professionalism. While we will make every effort to provide photo evidence of your Qurban, please understand that this may not always be possible due to:
Sudden local government restrictions,
Climate and weather-related issues,
On-ground operational or safety constraints.
In such instances, we seek your understanding that the absence of photo evidence does not indicate non-fulfilment of your Qurban, but is due to factors beyond our control. The Qurban will still be carried out as per Islamic guidelines to the best of our ability.
