TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASE

By purchasing a ticket to Meet & Greet Istimewa Hari Ibu bersama Fattah Amin on Sunday, 11 May 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

   • No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained once payment is completed.

2. Tickets are non-transferable without prior notice.

   • If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket, you must notify the organiser at least 5 working days before the event.

3. Admission is by valid ticket or proof of purchase only.

   • E-tickets or physical tickets must be presented upon entry. The organiser reserves the right to deny entry without valid proof of purchase.

4. Early Bird Promotion:

   • A limited Early Bird promotion is available for the first 50 tickets sold or within the first 7 days of ticket launch, whichever comes first.

   • Once the early bird limit is reached, standard ticket pricing will apply automatically.

   • Early bird tickets are subject to the same non-refundable and non-transferable terms.

5. Children Policy:

   • This event is recommended for adults and youth aged 12 and above.

   • Children aged 6–11 may attend with a ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Event details are subject to change.

   • The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, timing, venue, or featured guests due to unforeseen circumstances. Any updates will be communicated in a timely manner.

7. Photography & Videography:

   • The event will be recorded for publicity and documentation purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in promotional materials.

8. Behaviour and Conduct:

   • Guests are expected to behave respectfully. The organiser reserves the right to remove any individual who causes disruption or discomfort to others, without refund.

9. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies:

   • While the buffet is halal-certified, attendees with specific dietary requirements or allergies are advised to inform the organiser in advance. However, the organiser cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment.

10. Liability:

• The organiser will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event, except where caused by gross negligence.

11. Charity Support:

• Proceeds from this event will go towards supporting Sekolah Ugama Radin Mas, the only full-time Madrasah Tahfiz in Singapore.
